Ensemble: Hope G. Luedeke - Soprano

Hope G. Luedeke From the age of three when she discovered the xylophone, followed by years of piano and organ playing, and joining every choir in the neighborhood, music has held a large corner in Hope's life. After graduating from Oberlin College with a minor in piano, her career at Time, Inc. with LIFE and Sports Illustrated in New York didn't keep her away from singing. For several years she sang with the Village Light Opera Group performing Gilbert and Sullivan. When she moved to California with her husband and two daughters, she began a 33 years stint with the William Hall Chorale. She also studied organ with Robert Volbrecht. Hope says, "The opportunity to perform with and be associated with many talented musicians continues with my privilege to be a part of The Meistersingers."
